A special message from Tim Franklin's parents

Note:
Tim Franklin was part of the Applegate Watershed Council, was active in the organic farming community, ran Yale Creek Ranch, and was a long-time contributing author to the Applegater newspaper.
Tim died in an automobile accident on Upper Applegate Road on October 30, 2011. The Applegater sends its condolences to Tim's family and friends.
